During my broad investment banking career I have built an extensive track record in originating, structuring and executing over 100 high profile capital raising transactions covering the entire balance sheet, ranging from bank debt to public equity. I have worked with a wide range of companies from early stage start-ups to well established multinationals in various industries. I have been able to develop a strong relationship with these companies, their management board and their shareholders. I stand for timely and flawless execution of a transaction.
I would love to put all this experience to work for you! This includes leading the deal team, building the investment case, managing the due diligence process, giving structuring advice, negotiating documentation and successfully closing the transaction. Parallel to this I can manage lawyers, syndicate banks and liaise with other stakeholders involved.
Born in 1976, I am married and have two teen age sons and a dog, living in a beautiful village in the center of the Netherlands.
I have a passion for cooking, good food and wine. We love to travel and I am an active runner, cross fitter and skier in the season.
